Thanks for a wonderful Open Studio

To everyone who dropped by on the weekend - a huge thank you! It was a great event for me. I enjoyed meeting you all, whether I’ve known you for years or just made a new friend.

The feedback was fantastic, I’m bursting with new ideas and approaches. Just as well, really, since I practically sold out. It’s great to have space and time to make the things that crowd my brain. I think you’ll be surprised, and pleased, by what’s coming.

I’m now going to lift a pint, and drink to a quiet coast-down to Christmas. Then I’ll be ready for the excitement of the new year. Cheers to you all!

Half way there …

I’ve just come back from showing at the Oxford Ceramics Fair.  A wonderful weekend, despite the dodgy wetaher.  It was great to see my pots in the company of such distinguished makers’.  As a first-time exhibitor there, I learnt a lot from the experience.  And the pots sold well!

That followed a very successful showing at the Farnham Festival of Crafts.  It makes me feel great about the next show, at Brighton.  That, and the Open Studio, will be the last chances to see my stuff this year.  Hope to see you at one or the other.
